Meet Our Team

Mat | Owner

Mat was born and raised in the Midwest. He graduated from Hillsdale College and lives in the Milwaukee area. His wife works as a Physician Assistant in the emergency department for the Aurora Health network, and together they are raising their three young daughters. He has always been passionate about owning his own business, taking care of his employees, and committing to excellence in all he does. Mat values a Midwestern work ethic and completing projects with integrity. He has built his career around prioritizing the customer experience, and he looks forward to delivering a top-notch customer experience for you as you make decisions to maintain, update, or create the interior of your home!

BEN

Ben was born, raised, and lives right here in SE Wisconsin. Ben brings his 20 plus years of carpentry and remodeling experience to Top Dog Remodeling and shows the attention to detail and quality expected in all our remodeling projects. His knowledge of remodeling will also help you design and choose products that will compliment your remodeling needs. Ben enjoys playing with his dog, fishing, kayaking, and riding motorcycles.

COLLIN

Collin was born in West Bend Wisconsin. He has 3 years of experience and loves what he does. In his spare time he likes to rock climb, go to the gym, and hang out with friends.

BRANDON

Brandon comes to Top Dog with several years of experience leading remodeling labor crews. Brandon’s primary role is as a player coach for our remodeling crews. His top-notch workmanship also makes him the ideal person to be in charge of quality control for our interior remodeling portion of the business. Brandon was born and raised here in Wisconsin and enjoys spending time with his wife and children outside of work.

BRAD

Brad Rintelman grew up in a family that always had projects going on so he learned how to use tools at a young age. He entered the remodeling industry in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. He puts his mechanical inclination to use and brings optimism and a thorough understanding of what it takes to conquer difficult tasks. Creativity and a sense of passion are embedded into his workflow. Outside of work he is an entertainer for his kiddos, he makes music, jokes, and an “O.K.” pot roast.
